Unheard Voices,
The Seventh Day,
To Live With Terror

Three new films from Argentina--currently racked by terrorism and its consequences.  To Live with Terror is a provocative investigation of the car bombing of the Israeli embassy in 1992, the destruction of the Jewish Community Center two years later, and the ensuing political cover-ups.  Unheard Voices details how these horrific events, coupled with the collapse of the Argentine economy, have ripped apart the Jewish community.  Unexpectedly, the ribald The Seventh Day uses the situation to comic effect, as new security changes, and old economic woes, conspire against a Buenos Aires family’s attempts to conduct a Bar Mitzvah.
