Adio Kerida

In Adio Kerida Peter Lippman, a young Seattleite journeys to Sarajevo in search of traces of his great-uncle, a photographer who practiced magic and healing, and apparently possessed the ability to calm down stampeding cows or mad dogs. Along with Peter, we become acquainted with practically the entire world of Sarajevo Sephardic Jews, who speak and sing of their lives in Spain as if it were yesterday.  Director Vesna Ljubic and Peter Lippman, the film's protagonist, will be present for post-film discussion.  Screening with The Last Jewish Town and Kosher Friendly.
