Submit a Film Submit for SJFF 2001! The Seattle Jewish
Film Festival, presented by the Seattle Chapter of the American Jewish Committee, is one of the top five Jewish
film festivals in the United States. This week-long
festival features national and international
award-winning films and a full slate of guest speakers, visiting
filmmakers and educational forums. Other highlights include the annual
bagel and film brunch, special Opening and Closing Night programs and
FILMTalks!, a day-long diversity training workshop for area
high school students. We are currently
previewing films for our upcoming SJFF 2001 season. To be considered,
your film should in some way answer the question: "What does being
Jewish mean?" Film submissions are
due by December 15th 2000. Please send to Gregg Lachow, Film Curator c/o
AJC Seattle 1402 Third Ave. Suite 1415 Seattle, WA 98101. Mail a VHS preview copy, preferably NTSC (with English subtitles if appropriate). PAL is also acceptable. Include promotional materials, posters, still production photos, press reviews, and background materials (English only). Final screening formats for the festival are: 35mm, 16mm, beta sp. All materials can be
mailed to the address listed below. Preview copies will not be returned
unless postage and a return mailer is included. |
