Be a Sponsor -- Join the celebration

DEAR FRIENDS,
Exciting News! The Sixth Season of the AJC’s Seattle Jewish Film Festival (SJFF) will be held March 10th--18th at the newly renovated, state of the art CINERAMA Theater in downtown Seattle.

SJFF has grown to become the largest annual Jewish community event in the Northwest, reinforcing its place as a centerpiece of our Community's Annual Calendar, and an event where all people are welcome to explore the richness and diversity of Jewish Culture.

Join us for our Sixth Anniversary Season by becoming a Sponsor of SJFF 2001 and help us continue this tradition!
See you at the simcha!

Amanda Lyon and Derrick Chasan

  • Expansion of our “Visiting Artist” discussion series on interesting and timely Jewish topics.

  • Enrichment of our “Future of Memory” program looking at film as an important tool for recording our history and oral traditions

Annual SJFF Traditions:

  • SJFF FAMILY DAY: Featuring “Film & Bagel Brunch” and special movies for kids!

  • SENIORS MATINEE: Our free annual Senior’s event. A special day at the movies!

  • FILMTalks! Expanded to reach over 600 teens from Seattle Tacoma and Eastside schools.

Community Makes the Difference!
Our celebration of Jewish film, arts and culture is a meeting place for the community–-An annual March reunion! SJFF reflects and serves the diversity of our Jewish community. Kids and adults, religious and secular, traditionally affiliated and newly arrived – each year, we take a week to explore our history and contemplating our future through the magic of film. Next year at the CINERAMA!

The SJFF is the only Jewish community event that brings together 10,000 people. We guarantee access for all:

  • SJFF Community Tickets: Providing free admission for low-income families, new immigrants, the disabled, and individuals in need

  • “Free-For-Seniors” Matinee: A free afternoon of classic cinema, a hallmark event

  • SJFF Community Partners: Partnering with a broad array of non-profit and social agencies to promote programs and services in our lobby.
