Yossi & Jagger are two army officers in Lebanon, and their relationship is a little bit more intimate than the usual officer to officer relations. Yossi would like to keep the intimacy hidden away but Jagger thinks that the voice of love should be shouted from rooftops. One night, the squad prepares for an ill-advised mission where fate and a bomb get in the way. Excellently written and beautifully directed, this tender, funny love story captures some of the constricted spirit of Israeli youth and presents one of the most resonant gay film romances ever.
